We are currently experiencing some issues which are resulting in Australia and New Zealand MYOB Atlas web sites being unable to login as a user using third party providers such as Facebook, Google etc.

Site owners can still continue to log in via their my.myob accounts.

We apologise for any inconvenience that this may have caused and we have technicians who are working on addressing this issue.

Our technicians have addressed an issue that occurred during scheduled maintenance that caused some websites to be incorrectly downgraded to MYOB Atlas Business Card this afternoon. Users may have received a downgrade SMS and/or email when the issue occurred.

Please note that due to these changes, you may not be able to renew or change your MYOB Atlas plan, or renew or purchase domain names, between the 8th and 15th of August. We suggest you do these tasks after the 15th.

If your website expires during this time, don’t worry. We’ve given you extra time on your subscription.
