Our technicians have addressed an issue that occurred during scheduled maintenance that caused some websites to be incorrectly downgraded to MYOB Atlas Business Card this afternoon. Users may have received a downgrade SMS and/or email when the issue occurred.

This morning technicians identified and resolved an issue that was preventing a number of clients from logging into the Admin section of their MYOB Atlas web site.

Update
During the above period some customers may have had issues with Sell Online and Get Paid. This may have interrupted sales and the receiving of invoices.

Summary:
Our technicians are working on an issue that is preventing some customers from logging in to their MYOB Atlas website.

This issue is affecting customers that use PayPal credentials to log into their MYOB Atlas website. We’ve also had a small number of similar reports from customers using other account providers.

It should be noted that this has no effect on the Sell Online or Get Paid features.
