Summary:
We are currently experiencing a service disruption which is preventing clients from receiving emails via the email forwarding functionality.

Update: We have been able to process a large number of held emails. We still expect some delays in email forwarding until the issue is completely resolved. More updates to follow.

Technicians have scheduled a window of maintenance during the late hours of Tuesday 30th August 2016. For customers in Australia this will take place between 20:00 and 21:30 (AEDT). For customers in New Zealand it will take place between 23:00 and 00:30 (NZDT).

During the course of the maintenance your website will remain viewable but visitors will not have access to:

* Contact us form

Additionally, if you are using e-commerce, your website will remain viewable but visitors attempting to finalise a purchase and/or make payment to an invoice will receive a maintenance message requesting them to try again later.
